Refund & Cancellations Policy

Caviar Med Spa maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, medical-grade products, customized treatment plans, staff time allocation, medical professional expertise, and irreversible treatment processes, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Services rendered or scheduled
  • Deposits
  • Pre-paid packages
  • Membership fees
  • Gift cards
  • Treatment credits
  • Special promotions or discounted services
  • Skincare and retail product purchases

Once payment is made, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with service results, personal decision changes, or perceived expectations.


2. Results Disclaimer

Medical aesthetic results vary from person to person. Individual response, anatomy, lifestyle factors, and the natural healing process mean that results are not guaranteed, and treatment outcome dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund or charge reversal.

Re-treatments, touch-ups, or corrective services are considered separate services and will incur additional costs unless otherwise stated in writing.


3. Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Rescheduling

All appointment deposits and payments remain non-refundable even if:

  • A client cancels an appointment
  • Fails to show
  • Reschedules
  • Becomes medically unable to complete treatment
  • Chooses not to proceed with the procedure

Caviar Med Spa values both our clients’ time and our providers’ time. When an appointment is reserved, that time is exclusively set aside for you. For this reason, the following policy applies to all scheduled services:

24-48 Hours or More Notice

Clients may reschedule their appointment with no fee when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice or Same-Day Reschedule

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day rescheduling, will result in a 50% rescheduling fee or forfeiture of any booking deposit, depending on the service type and time reserved.

High-Value or Extended Procedure Appointments

For advanced procedures or appointments requiring extended time blocks (including but not limited to laser services, RF microneedling, Morpheus8, PDO threads, and similar treatments), rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% rescheduling fee or loss of the full deposit, at the clinic’s discretion.

Missed / No-Show Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit and may require prepayment before future bookings will be accepted.

Policy Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment, the client understands and agrees to our cancellation and rescheduling terms. Fees associated with cancellations or rescheduling are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy protects appointment availability, ensures fairness to all clients, and supports our medical staff in providing the highest level of care.

If a client does not appear for an appointment or cancels last-minute, the appointment deposit and/or session value may be forfeited in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.


4. Medical Contraindication or Provider Denial

If during consultation or treatment evaluation a licensed provider determines that a client is not a safe or appropriate candidate for treatment, any prepaid funds will be converted into store credit only that may be applied toward other eligible services or products. Refunds will not be issued.


5. Product Sales

All skincare and retail product sales are final.
Due to Arizona health and safety regulations, once items leave the facility, products cannot be returned or refunded.


6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Clients receiving services from Caviar Med Spa agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge and fully agree to our No Refund Policy at the time of booking and treatment.
  • Filing a credit card or debit card chargeback for services rendered, deposits paid, or products purchased is a violation of this policy.
  • Caviar Med Spa will challenge, dispute, and provide complete documentation to the financial institution for any attempted chargeback or payment reversal, including signed consent forms, treatment records, appointment confirmations, photos, identity verification, and payment receipts.
  • Clients remain financially responsible for payments owed.

Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in:

  • Account collections action
  • Denial of future services
  • Legal action, if necessary, to recover owed balances and associated costs

7. Legal Acknowledgment

By scheduling, purchasing, paying a deposit, signing consent, or receiving treatment at Caviar Med Spa, the client confirms that:

  • They have read and understood this policy
  • They voluntarily agree to it
  • They understand Caviar Med Spa is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Arizona law governs this policy
