I originally scheduled a complimentary consultation because I was concerned about my fine lines and wrinkles. After evaluating my skin, they recommended starting with a HydraFacial to properly prepare my skin before my CoolPeel co2 treatments instead of rushing into the laser. That immediately gave me confidence that they truly cared about my results. I stayed that day for my HydraFacial, and afterward the young  lady at the front desk brought me sparkling water and macarons with their adorable logo on top. It was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve now completed my second CoolPeel treatment and have one more to go. I purposely waited to write this review because I’ve been to other med spas before and never saw much improvement. This time has been completely different. My skin texture is smoother, my fine lines are softer, and my skin looks brighter and healthier. The ZO Wrinkle + Texture Repair they recommended has also been a game changer. What impressed me the most was the level of care. They checked on me the day after each laser treatment, had me send photos while I was healing, and brought me back two weeks later to evaluate my progress before moving forward. That kind of follow up reminded me of the service you receive at a five star restaurant or luxury hotel. I haven’t had any laser treatments there yet because I’ll wait until I’m back in Arizona for the winter, but after seeing the quality of their skincare products, the expertise of their team, and the level of service they provide, I already know Caviar Med Spa will be where I go for my treatments.
