With a degree in psychology and as a licensed laser technician, she blends psychological insight with aesthetic expertise to help clients achieve both inner confidence and outward rejuvenation. Dr. Derek H. Lamb is the Medical Director of Caviar Med Spa, bringing over 20 years of experience and a refined expertise in facial and oral surgery. A graduate of Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota, he provides clinical oversight to ensure every treatment meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and natural-looking results. His deep understanding of facial anatomy allows Caviar Med Spa to deliver elevated, results-driven care with confidence. In addition to his role at Caviar Med Spa, Dr. Lamb is affiliated with Scottsdale Facial and Oral Surgery, where he continues to provide advanced medical care.
