Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may be made online, by phone, or by email. You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Champagne Policy
For safety and medical compliance, complimentary champagne is provided only AFTER the appointment is fully completed. Alcohol cannot be served before or during any medical or aesthetic treatment, including injectables, laser services, facials, or procedures requiring medical evaluation.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods may change at any time. Promotional offers are limited-time and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated.
Refunds
All treatments, services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable. Retail skincare may be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion if unopened. Prepaid packages may be credited toward other services at our discretion.
